Why do the FA allow swearing on the field during a football match in the Premier league?

Question by red: Why do the FA allow swearing on the field during a football match in the Premier league?

In kids matches they are not allowed, even to doubt a decision let alone swear at the referee.Where are the roll models of today.Every other word a player says, after a penilisation, in a close-up on the field during a match in the Premier league is the F-word.Is that the way it has to be?
