Arsenal starlet Nigel Neita has moved a step closer to realising his dream after signing professional forms at the Emirates.
The Gunners’ youngster penned a scholarship deal with the club in 2010 after moving from Millwall, and featured regularly for Steve Bould’s U18 academy side before injury hampered his progress.
A statement on the official Arsenal website wished the young striker well in his future progress with the club.
It read: “Everyone at the Club wishes Nigel the best of luck and looks forward to his continued contribution and development with Arsenal in the forthcoming years.”
The young striker has admitted that he’s a boyhood fan of the Gunners, and will now be looking to progress further, potentially earning opportunities for Neil Banfield’s second string at the Emirates.
“I support Arsenal and it has always been my dream to play for the club I support,” Neita concluded in a Q&A on the club’s website.
